We hired Beaux Intérieurs to carry out renovations to our reception area. Thank you to Laurie, Emilie, and Julien for their support in defining our project and ensuring its completion.

A dynamic and responsive team that successfully guided me through the project design process—the partial renovation of a traditional Toulouse-style house with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms—and kept the project on budget and to a high standard despite some delays. The project was challenging from a management perspective: tenants needed to be able to continue living in the rooms unaffected by the renovations, requiring careful planning, and there were numerous unforeseen issues during the work due to the condition of the century-old house. A modification to a skylight required a prior declaration to the Architect of the Buildings of France (ABF). I appreciated the architect, Marion's, assistance with this, as well as with the overall design and layout suggestions. Since I couldn't be on-site to oversee the project continuously, I also particularly valued the frequent contact with the project manager, Julien, and the clear communication regarding unforeseen circumstances (e.g., manufacturer delays). The quality of the work was beyond reproach. If I were to do the project again, I would highlight these points for improvement: - More thorough pre-construction assessments to mitigate potential renovation-related problems (e.g., offering to remove wall cladding at my expense to detect dampness in the walls). - Postponing purchases that are required due to space constraints that may change during the work (e.g., a towel warmer in a small bathroom). - Proactive suggestions regarding acoustic comfort (e.g., including PAR45 insulation as standard in thin placo linings, adapting the positioning of indoor units for pump-free ventilation, etc.).

We hired Beaux Intérieurs to carry out significant renovations (mainly painting and electrical work) as part of the transformation of a 200-seat pizzeria into a chic and cozy restaurant in Labège, serving homemade regional products: "L'Aléa Table". It was a very positive experience; the finished result is fantastic. We love it, and our customers love the ambiance, which is what matters most. Martin and his team are attentive, exceptionally responsive, and we enjoyed working with them. The tradespeople he works with are also top-notch, from the owners to the employees—we want to emphasize that.
