Top-notch! I contacted Aspec Servigaz for the installation of a Mitsubishi reversible dual-split air conditioning system at my home. I highly recommend this company for their professionalism, efficiency, and punctuality. They listened carefully to my needs and were also very flexible (sometimes even when they were perfectly within their rights not to be). The quotes they provided were clear and detailed (compared to the competition, although I didn't get quotes from everyone, of course), and their prices were competitive. They truly care about customer satisfaction, and that's a pleasure. Excellent work in every respect! 👌

We contacted Mr. Joncquez, Director of Aspec Servigaz, to suggest replacing our old air conditioner (a Hitachi split unit that was insufficient and noisy for heating rooms and a hallway of over 50m²). After studying the layout of the area to be heated and cooled, Mr. Joncquez recommended a Mitsubishi air conditioner. The installation was completed less than a month ago, and the technicians did a remarkable job. We are very happy with the installation and the quality of the heating, with air circulation ensuring even temperature distribution throughout the heated area.

I am very satisfied and highly recommend Aspec's services. The replacement of my gas boiler a year ago, and its recent maintenance, were carried out quickly, efficiently, friendly, and punctually! They were always available to answer my questions, advise me, and explain the available options, all at a great price. I am very grateful.

This company is unreliable. Many of my acquaintances have had quite serious problems with them, such as water damage or boiler issues, and they were unable to provide a solution.

Aspec Servigaz installed air-to-air heat pumps and a thermodynamic water heater at my home. The water outlet for the heat pumps wasn't properly secured: the pipe slipped from the roof down into my attic. The result: water damage to my son's bedroom ceiling. The entire ceiling had to be replaced, with all the hassle that entails: my son had to move out during the work, a contractor who did shoddy work, three weeks of dusting, and three days of vacation lost to be there. For all of this, I didn't blame anyone: to err is human. But when the thermodynamic water heater broke down right after, and I asked the repairman for an explanation (the water heater had just gone out of warranty), he told me to heat water with a kettle, that "it's possible"... What a surprise. So I called the company, and they told me the technician had said I'd prevented him from completing his diagnosis, so he hadn't been able to order the necessary parts. Of course, I let him work. I simply told him I was fed up with all these problems. I paid Aspec Servigaz a considerable sum for all the issues they caused at my home. Mistakes happen, sure: they happen to everyone. But the technician's lie—probably because he was upset that I got angry (which is understandable)—and the lukewarm responses from the administrative staff are something else entirely. I never leave bad reviews, but this time, it's truly deserved. I can well imagine the response will be another attempt to discredit me… and judging by the reply, that's exactly what's happening. I never asked the technician to leave; I simply expressed my dissatisfaction after so much hassle. Stay with ServiGaz if you want; they're capable of lying and won't even apologize when mistakes pile up. I knew they were going to lie in their response. Well done! This is what happens when you say no to their €400 per year after-sales maintenance contract, which is completely outrageous. Look elsewhere. Besides, I just called to try and resolve our differences with a bit more communication, and the secretary just hung up on me, telling me that the boss had answered. Great: he cares about his employees, not his customers.
