Absolutely fantastic! Very quick availability, perfect price, and attentive to answering our questions. He came for boiler maintenance and I know that in the future I'll only rely on him if I have a problem or need to call a plumber again :)

On his Facebook page, this tradesman claims to be available 24/7, but be wary of that! We contacted him this morning after our boiler broke down, a boiler he had serviced a month ago. We were hoping for a quick fix but weren't expecting an immediate response since it was Sunday. We thought that by sending a text message to his voicemail as requested, our request would be processed tomorrow. Instead, we received aggressive replies from the tradesman, who argued that it was Sunday and he wanted to be left alone. If you don't want to be contacted, there's a very simple solution: turn off your phone or don't answer on a Sunday. Sometimes it's better to refrain from contacting him than to be aggressive.
