After several teams came to the site, this company delivered very poor quality work, so we terminated our contract. Joss came very quickly to assess the damage and provide a quote. The site left by the previous company was not easy to work on, and we, as clients, had become wary of painters. The start date for the work was respected. In 2022, JLP took over the entire interior and exterior painting work, as well as coordinating the kitchen expansion/enlargement with the electrician and kitchen contractor, as part of a complete renovation of the house purchased in 2021, coordinated by an architect. As part of this work, in collaboration with the architect, the entire paint scheme was completed and – after moving in – minor move-in damage and the disposal of leftover paint were repaired free of charge. Damage caused by the installation of a new stair railing by another company was also repaired free of charge. Overall, ALL work – the 7-page invoice covers over 50 work items – was completed impeccably and on time. The owner was present at all coordination meetings with the architect and the other contractors and was always available to us during the final phase and even after moving in. If there are minor inconveniences, this is not due to JLP or the very careful workers there (very few stains on the floor - 188 sq m - and excellent protection for the new flooring or tiling outside), but rather to the sensitivity of the matte paint or the materials used today (the corners are sensitive to the tile). Overall, an absolutely excellent service for a well over five-figure but absolutely reasonable price. I would be happy to do it again any time.
