Avoid this agency at all costs! If I could, I would have given them zero stars. A complete waste of time. The central shutter of the patio door has been broken for three months and nothing has been done. Light bulbs have been missing since I moved into the apartment. The rent I pay each month is being charged to the wrong customer account, so I'm receiving reminders for unpaid rent when I haven't paid anything.
