We flew from Türkite to Touluse to find an apartment for our daughter. We went to the office and told them that we have a week to rent an apartment and asked if there are options that we could rent in limited time. They arranged a visit, we liked the apartment and the agent told us that we were the only ones made the visit and will get an answer in 3 days. After 3 days, the agent did not answer our calls, messages and we need to walk to the office to get an answer. The agent did not come to the office. We left a message to the other agent who was in the office to send our message. No calls from the office the other day. We again need to walk to the office to get an answer. As we come to the office, the agent said there was a problem with the insurance and arranged a visit to another apartment. we liked the apartment and said we are ready to rent it. The agent said he would call the landlord as soon as possible. Two days passed, no answer from the agent. Everday we had to walk to the office to get in touch. The time has come to return to our country.<br>Their work style is so unproffesional, no detailed information about the procedures. Their unprofessionalism cost us to extend our visit, walk 4 km everday just to get an answer.<br>Finally and to our luck, with the help of an another agency, we could have rented an apartment for our daughter.
