I strongly advise against using this real estate agency. This summer, the agency sent me a notice prohibiting me from accessing my apartment under the pretext that buildings two streets away were going to be demolished. Ultimately, no demolition ever took place. Despite this very stressful situation, no alternative accommodation was offered, forcing me to sleep outside for a night. Regarding the return of my security deposit, it's just as disappointing: only half was returned to me for damage that was already present during the initial property inspection. Even worse, I had carried out some repairs myself upon arrival to improve the apartment. I find this lack of professionalism, transparency, and support unacceptable. A very disappointing experience from beginning to end. Avoid at all costs.
