Today, I went to the agency and received a warm welcome from Ophélie. Although she handles sales and not rentals, she took the time to sit down with me and listen attentively. I'm desperately looking for an apartment to rent for my son, and Ophélie was incredibly understanding. She gave me the contact information for her colleague in charge of rentals, telling me exactly when to reach her. Since I don't know Toulouse at all, I also greatly appreciated her explanations about the different neighborhoods. Although I didn't leave with an apartment today, I left with a plan of action, a valuable contact, and a profound sense of relief. Her experience and professionalism are undeniable. I want to warmly thank Ophélie for her time, her kindness, and her attentive listening.
