I called because the ridge tiles on one side of my roof had blown off during the storm. Two hours later, despite their busy schedule, they came to help me out. Despite the heavy rain, hail, and impressive winds, the person climbed onto the roof and put up a tarp to protect it while waiting for the final repair. The next day, the tarp ripped open. I called again, and within the hour, the same person came and gave me another tarp. I sincerely thank the owner I spoke to on the phone, who reassured me, as well as the person who came to help me.
