The installation went very well, and the hardware works very well too. On the other hand, the after-sales service is a bit lacking, despite the salesperson's promises that they'll come and help you if you have any minor issues. I want to add the software to my new phone and tablet. Installation support for these devices is only available over the phone, and you have to pay. There's no such thing as a small profit in this world.
