Communicative, responsible, and trustworthy. Prices were fair and transparent. Spoke German and English. Called when he was on his way and quickly emailed my invoice. In addition to repairs, they also sell and install refurbished appliances. I will happily call them again! Tip: I applied for the ReparaturBONUS through the Berlin Senat to help pay for half of my repair.
We got first assessment and quote on the day we called and asked for their help. Dishwasher was repaired quickly, even tho they had to take it to their shop. Fair price, everything according to initial quote.

If you need your household equipment fix you must call for this crew! They come and fixed my washing in minutes (and I though I will need to live without it for a week - and with 2 kids on board you can imagine how this would look like).
