Really helpful service. Was able to schedule via Whatsapp and the problem with our washing machine was resolved really quickly. He even showed us how to potentially fix it if the same thing happens again. Added bonus was being able to use English:)

Update: The owner is constantly trying to delete my review through google. This is why some bad reviews from other people have been deleted. Please refund me for keeping my expensive dishwasher! I wish to give a detailed description of what I am facing with this service: I feel my dishwasher has been stolen! Minutes after posting my first review below, I got a call back from them, asking me to delete what I wrote. I was told my dishwasher would be ready by the end of that week, however, I would be on holiday then and told them I would contact them after my return. In the meantime, I got an email from the Reparatur bonus program, no more bonuses could be given for 2025. I Called the guy and told him about that, as during the home visit he reassured me that I will get a 200€ repair bonus, as I found the repair fee of 503€ extremely high. He told me I could pay him 400€ instead of 503€, as the bonus had been cancelled but I disagreed. In a follow up phone call he asked me to pay 200€. However, due to the fact my dishwasher was not checked at all during the home visit, was not turned on to see what the problem was, nor was there a try to fix it on the spot, made me having doubts about their credibility and liability. Having read some bad reviews which are now deleted, I got panicked that I will pay for something that might be still broken after delivery. I explained many times on the phone that I want to find a solution to the problem with out arguments that would affect my mental health. There is no trust to pay money, nor to receive the dishwasher back, cos there was lack of honesty and transparency from the very beginning. In addition, it does not feel right that I just lost my expensive dishwasher! No one replies to my messages anymore, asking on how to proceed. It seems like taking legal action is the only way. Feeling disappointed, cheated and frustrated It is not okay to treat people this way! —————————————————- My DW was collected mid May. It would have been returned 9 days after. Since then, no one replies my messages and calls. Absolutely disappointing and unprofessional!

The owner picked my dishwasher up on May 17, told me he will fix it and bring back in about one or 2 weeks. I still don’t get my dishwasher after one month. I’ve called twice. We made an appointment, but no one showed up and phone not answered. Please refund me, you can keep the machine e. I’m very disappointed.

I have to say that Christian with Phoenix set an incredibly high bar with my first (and hopefully only) Berlin washing machine repair visit. To save money, Christian took time to send me photos illustrating things I need to do to fix the stuck drum on my own without needing a repair service to make a trip. When my strength wasn’t enough, Christian made the trip and fixed it for me no problem for an incredibly fare price. He is kind, great at speaking English, and gave me a lot of knowledge about my first European washing machine to use in the future. I highly recommend this company and this repair man to anyone needing a timely and fair priced fix.
