They took my washer/dryer away to fix it. They redelivered it today (05 March 2025) but it was leaking. By the end of the day, two repair men were at my house to see what the issue was. They really took the issue seriously and assured me they are going to fix the problem. The part will take two weeks to arrive - that's fine. The company seems to really take giving good service very seriously and I'm really relieved they are going to fix the machine. I was really impressed that they were so quick to come back to me to make things right. I had originally given a 1 star review because I was so worried that I'd be left with a still broken machine but I have now changed it to 5 because they are going to fix the problem. It was very professional and fast. UPDATE 14 March 2025: I can now confirm that someone from the company came back and fixed the machine. It's now working. Experience turned out pretty good with this company.
Got an appointment quickly for diagnosis of washing machine and the repair was done the next day. Very transparent and professional about the issue and cost, also gave recommendations to prevent future problems. Definitely recommend.
Very friendly and took the time to explain the situation & repairs to me (in German) when my dryer broke. The repair was quicker than they estimated (a few days) and they were flexible in coordinating the return delivery. I'll be calling them again if anything else breaks!
