I am very satisfied with the almost complete renovation of my apartment. My change requests were always addressed flexibly and with a focus on finding solutions. After speaking with several companies, we chose Stefan's Allrounder. The task was to completely gut a nearly 150 m² turn-of-the-century apartment and restore it historically accurately while incorporating modern touches. This involved complete gutting, followed by floor plan modifications, ceiling work, barrier-free parquet flooring, electrical work, plumbing, and riser renovation. From demolition to handover, the work was carried out quickly, cleanly, and with clear communication. Highly recommended. The pictures speak for themselves.

We renovated our old apartment with the team from Stefans Allrounder. The collaboration was quick, straightforward, and professional from the very beginning. Our site manager, Maga Bajsan, was competent, friendly, and always available. Since we are complete novices when it comes to DIY, he provided excellent advice and was flexible with all our spontaneous change requests during the construction phase. In our apartment, they completely renewed the electrical system, installed suspended ceilings, completed drywall work, replaced the heating and plumbing connections, laid tiles, and built a brand-new bathroom. We are absolutely delighted with the result and highly recommend Stefans Allrounder!

The team from Stefan's Allrounder, led by Mr. Bajsan, did a great job in our bathroom. We were given very good advice regarding the bathroom design possibilities, materials and other factors to be considered. They showed up the same day I called them and offer us a very reasonable appointment to start the renovation. What was particularly positive for us was that the team picked up the purchased building materials for us at no extra charge, they were really helpful. The renovation took longer than expected but overall we are glad with the results. It’s important to highlight that the communication was extremely good, which is key for us. We do appreciate they speak English too. We would recommend them!
