During our mortgage-hunt quest, we worked with many different brokers (big and small companies and individuals). We were consulted by Ha Bui, and she was really friendly. She respected our communication preference (i.e. when to call, and when to send an email), and overall, it was a 5/5 experience. The only downside was that the agreed offer could not be kept at the end. However, we still moved on with them as it was still our the best available option.
