After several weeks of trying to find a company to inspect our basement water leak caused by rising groundwater (despite our waterproof concrete basement) and provide us with a quote/repair method, I came across Drytech online. Following a professional phone call, I was able to schedule an on-site appointment within a week. The technician arrived promptly and fully explained the repair options, assuring me that it wouldn't be a major problem and could be completed within 2-4 weeks. Within 48 hours, I received a detailed quote via email. After discussing and agreeing on the quote, the repairs were carried out approximately two weeks later. I had a horizontal damp-proof course installed by Drytech in November 2020. Both the initial discussions with the managing director and the execution of the work by the tradespeople on site were excellent. All the employees I met were very friendly and readily answered all my questions. The work carried out on site in my single-family home was meticulous, clean, and to our complete satisfaction. Full recommendation. The telephone contact was prompt and friendly, an appointment was arranged at short notice, and the quote arrived in my email inbox two days later. Inquiries were answered in a friendly and patient manner, and despite a relatively small job, a quick start to construction was offered – and kept, including completion on time. The on-site team was friendly, considerate, and cheerful, so even a layperson could ask questions and receive sensible explanations. They also left the work area in a first-class condition – actually cleaner than before, and treated the customer's property with great respect and care. I can't yet comment on the long-term quality of the repairs, but so far everything has been excellent. You could tell that this wasn't the first time the craftsmen had done the work, that they knew their craft, and were comfortable in their jobs, which seems to be a rarity in Berlin. The only objection I could raise is that the premium price is the only downside – but that remains a subjunctive, as the service and support were also absolutely premium.

I found three companies and decided on a competitor's offer. Of course, you can also do some of the work yourself if you wish. In that case, the tradespeople will carry out the waterproofing with specialized equipment. The tradespeople were very competent. After several months of rain, we checked all the basement rooms. They all remain dry. We are relieved and satisfied. I have great respect for this company. Thank you again, and I will recommend you.
