The electrician arrived within the promised 30 minutes (early Saturday morning) and was able to resolve the problem immediately. He was friendly, worked quickly, and thoroughly documented his recommendations for the next steps. The final bill matched the rough estimate he'd given over the phone and was even a bit cheaper! It's (unfortunately) not always a given that emergency service bills are this reliable. Everything was excellent! If we ever need an emergency electrician again, we will definitely use him again!
Partial power outage, and on the weekend of all days! The washing machine had already started up and everything was swimming in water, so I called the emergency service. I was served immediately, and the technician arrived very quickly. He found the problem, fixed it, and did everything very professionally. I'm not familiar with the tariffs, but afterwards, several acquaintances assured me that the quoted price was perfectly reasonable, even inexpensive. I've now saved their phone number and immediately recommended them to friends and acquaintances.
