Fast and reliable help from a really nice tradesman. Pricing… well, it's an emergency service. It mainly covers travel costs. The tradesman came from Mitte and was stuck in traffic for ages. I thought the emergency service had a branch in Wilmersdorf, which is why I contacted him. But anyway, the important thing is that I received fast, competent help from a very nice tradesman (who, of course, can't be held responsible for the pricing or the lack of transparency).

The service was quick. Suddenly (of course, a few minutes after 5 pm on a Friday!) I had no power (even though all the fuses had been checked). He was fast, reliable, friendly, and professional. He also gave me detailed advice afterward about possible reasons for the power outage and what to consider in the future. I highly recommend this company.
