Frau. Zhanyl Sulaimanova & Frau. Anna Kachan were my assigned cleaning experts. I'm in happy tears. She did such a fabulous job. Frau. Sulaimanova did excellent job with the floors and complete kitchen with cabinets and everything while Frau. Anna did exceptionally with the windows and bathroom. The house is so clean and shiny. I recommend them both highly. We are very satisfied with the service. We thank them from the bottom of our hearts. We are very happy with cleanwhale .
I hired the cleaning of a 4 seats sofa, carpet (200x300cm), two chairs and two single mattress. I have a dog and like to clean everything once in a while. Tomasz did an excellent job, very detailed. I totally recommend it! He left everything spotless, looking like new! It is my second time ordering from CleanWhale and it never disappoints me. First time was with Dominik, also did a great job. I can recommend it!
Tomasz did a fantastic job steam cleaning our sofa and area rug. I booked the same day and he came Two hours later. The rug especially needed it, and the results are excellent. He was friendly, professional, and worked efficiently. It was a great experience overall. Highly recommend! Steam cleaning is also absolutely worth doing in general. It makes a big difference for hygiene, especially for allergy sufferers, and can even be claimed as a household service on taxes.
I paid for 2 bedroom apartment cleaning and paid for additional services for cleaning of my kitchen cabinet, bathroom, balcony & microwave, fridge and stove burner. After the cleaning, i came to check the work done and I noticed that the cleaner did not do a good job. There were visible stains which can be seen in the fridge, toilet, microwave, kitchen cabinet and stove burner. I reached out to cleanwhale support team with picture evidence of the bad cleaning services and they ignored my feedback. I will not recommend this service. After they have done a bad job at cleaning, then ignore every evidence of their bad services. Really a bad experience. Update: Cleanwhale finally responded to my complaints and offered to clean the apartment again. Which helped to resolve the issue. But still a 2 stars for stress and bad communication.
