I have used Sunshine a fair few times, every cleaner is competent and thorough! They leave our large flat spotless and in order, it’s a great peace of mind to be able to have a fully clean flat when we have guests staying over.

Don't normally leave reviews online but when a Company and their Team do such an amazing job feel the need to do so. I had two of their staff over to deep clean my flat on two separate days and both did an amazing job like 10 out of 10 level. Everything was super simple, communication was on point and could not be happier with their service. Highly recommended.

My husband and I have been satisfied customers of Sunshine Cleaning for years, but we regret that we have to move on to another company after our utterly disastrous most recent cleaning. I am in no way faulting the cleaner they sent. The management of Sunshine Cleaning are entirely responsible for their failure to ensure this cleaner's suitability to perform the service as advertised, and in a manner not detrimental to their clients' health and property. On greeting the cleaner it was clear that this individual barely spoke any English. He demonstrated no familiarity with the cleaning products or how to appropriately use them, or even how to clean a household properly. As we have two cats I tried to ask this person to rinse anything he used chemicals on with clear water. Most of the services outlined on the Sunshine cleaning site hadn't been performed. Anything that had been wiped down still had dust on it and streaks of chemical residue. The floor cleaning chemicals were applied at full or near full strength directly from the mop only, which left my and my husband's noses and throats burning. The cleaner didn't move any cat toys out of the way to do the floor, so we ended up throwing them out because we didn't know if they were contaminated. When the cleaner asked me if he should use the Frosch Citrus Anti-Kalk on our LCD TV I said it wasn't appropriate to use and asked him not to clean any electronics screens. The next day my husband and I saw dried chemical drips on the television screen. After documenting the problems with photos for Sunshine's residential cleaning manager I received a response that downplayed the problems with the execution of the service and attempted to justify the language barrier, something certainly not expected from Berlin's valued English-speaking cleaning service. Regarding the consequences to my and my husband's health, and the risk to our cats' health because of the overuse of chemicals, I got thoughts and prayers. There was no acknowledgment of the possible damage to our property. The proposed resolution from the residential manager was to add additional comments to our file. There was no mention of any kind of compensation, and I was only assured that we wouldn't be charged after I specifically asked for a full refund. Most importantly, management did not indicate that they would ensure that the cleaner they had sent had, at minimum, better training to prevent this from happening to someone else. Under its current management I cannot recommend Sunshine Cleaning. If the proposed redress for this experience is nothing but a series of comments, these are mine.

Excellent service. It’s is so hard to find any great service in Berlin, that after their cleaning session at my place I was happy for days! Javier and Michaela were attending to all details and bringing good vibes and elegance to our place. Loved it!
