Excellent initial contact with Managing Director Aaron Nagel and consistently professional advice and service. All appointments for the heat pump installation were reliably kept. I was able to easily construct the foundation myself. The two installers were master craftsmen in training, always punctual, highly competent, and non-smokers. The installation took a total of four days. The careful handling of the house deserves special mention: the entire floor was covered with foil before work began. The old system was also removed free of charge and disposed of properly. Mr. Nagel was always available by phone. I can wholeheartedly and without hesitation recommend this company!
