[issue: keys closed inside of the flat] Picked up on Saturday at 7pm. Speaks English. Sent videos of locks so he could understand if he could help me. Arrived within 30’. Opened the door within 3 minutes. I wish everyone was so good at doing their job! Recommending to everyone in Berlin
