This is the absolutely best key maker in Berlin and possibly in the world. Much cheaper than other places, they are quick, very nice and friendly. Customer service is excellent and each time we get chocolate when we are there.
I was just passing by the store with my bike and my broken bike lock - then I found this store. I spontaneously walked in and asked if the broken bike lock can be fixed. They fixed it so quickly! I'm happy that I don't have to buy a new one. They were also very kind. Can only recommend!
