What a horrible experience with this firm’s front desk. I called around 3 a.m. because their site stated they have a 24/7 line and I had an urgent question. I was told to call back a few hours later, which I did, and when I explained that I needed help with civil rights litigation, the person who answered told me they only handle banking law. When I mentioned that their own staff had told me to call back and that their site clearly states they handle civil rights cases, they refused to take any accountability. Instead, they gave me attitude, telling me I “should’ve thought about the time” I called or “should’ve checked the website.” When I pointed out again that the site explicitly lists civil rights litigation, they argued that it doesn’t, then abruptly told me to “have a good day” and hung up on me.
