I definitely don’t recommend this practice. I worked with Ms. Warneke. She didn’t do her job at a professional level basically resulting us in buying a property that doesn’t match the Grundbuch. When we tried to ask her to fix the mistake , she basically refused to take any responsibilities and fix her mistake .

Although I couldn't complete the entire process, Mr. Bschorr identified potential issues which helped me avoid possible troubles. He advised me knowing it might not be beneficial for his company. The experience with MO45LEGAL was extremely positive. The whole process went extremely smoothly, with the help of Nikoletta and the other people working there. They assisted me and my wife at every step of the flow and made the whole experience very pleasant even for those who are not German speaking like us.
