Unfortunately, I have to give a low rate for their services. I already have my feedback to Michal. He is too busy to take care of your case therefore he assigns inexperienced colleagues without concrete plan. It turned out very expensive and bad result for me.
My experience with LBP<br><br>I reached out to LBP to help me set up a new kitchen from scratch. I received an immediate response from the team asking for key details such as measurements, preferences, inspiration, timeline, and other requirements. Once they had a clear picture of what I needed, they proposed a start date and provided the cost upfront, and we confirmed to proceed.<br><br>A day before the installation, Hadid and his team visited our kitchen to double-check the measurements and make sure they had everything needed to start the work the next day. They were very professional, asked all the right questions, and even noticed that I was missing a few parts. They kindly offered to purchase those parts themselves, which was extremely helpful.<br><br>On the installation day, Hadid’s team arrived exactly at the agreed time and got straight to work. Everyone was professional and clearly experienced, and the installation went smoothly and quickly without any issues. The team went above and beyond to make the proposed plan work, and they knew all the small practical tricks needed to handle any unexpected challenges.<br><br>By the end of the day, the kitchen was fully functional and I was very happy with the result. I highly recommend LBP to anyone looking to install a new kitchen or renovate an existing one.
Excellent service! They carried out several repairs at the Office I work for, including one emergency situation, and have always been very diligent. They respond quickly and solve a large variety of issues efficiently (changed and adjusted curtain brackets, cable management at the office, and other electricity and assembling tasks). All team members I've been in contact with were super nice and friendly. Overall it has been a smooth experience. I will definitely call them again in the future and recommend their services!
