Rip off - they charge significantly more than other service providers, and on top they charge for the amount of poison used. Price was not communicated when I made the appointment, they could only tell me after inspection. As they were already there I agreed they treat the apartment but I paid >1000EUR for a small 42m2 apartment. Other providers charge ~500EUR for the same service, so I will definitely do the follow-ups with a different provider.
totally awful. guy showed up showing very little interest and didn't properly inspect the room. told me he couldn't see anything. then told me the price they offered on the phone was not right and that they're charging me 1100. awful. will never choose again. also said it's only a free first inspect if we agree to the full cost. completely extortionate!
