I moved in in May 2024, and unfortunately my experience has been very disappointing. Communication has been extremely poor from the beginning. Messages and requests are often ignored, especially when it comes to important topics such as the deposit or apartment-related issues. They don't reply back to inquries and they don't pick-up your calls. Another major issue is that I still have not received any utility bills/statements since moving in, despite the long period of time that has passed. In addition, the rent is significantly higher compared to similar places in the area, which makes the overall experience feel even more frustrating. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend renting here.

Achim and Michaela were a great help with the sometimes stressful prospect of selling a property. Always reachable and efficient. I would definitely recommend them to sell your property.

Have been a tenant for 2 years. Generally, it was okay. I didn’t have problems with the company. However, I don’t know what happened after two years, maybe some people left the company or whatnot, issues with communication started to arise. Mostly, no answers to emails for long periods of time. If you want answers you will have to chase them: call, barrage every single email until you get a response. This is something they need to address. Got all deposit back though.

No issues as a tenant, Replies can be a bit slow over email
