I am writing to formally address several outstanding maintenance issues that have remained unresolved despite numerous attempts to contact your office. First, the emergency shutters have been non-functional for over a month. We have sent multiple emails and made several calls to Ralph without any response. Our concierge has also attempted to contact your team multiple times to no avail. We were only able to get action taken regarding the shutters after visiting your office in person for a second time today. Additionally, we have had an ongoing issue with the electronic building door ringer for over a year. It is currently impossible to update the names on the system. Despite sending many emails regarding this, we have received no response or resolution. Furthermore, following our visit today just because we did not left the office until take action, we made them sent email to the repair persons, but afterwards Ralph contacted us to state that he would not have assisted us had he seen our recent Google review first. It is concerning that basic maintenance requests are being treated as favors rather than professional obligations. And to update both visits we had to stop our work, and went to Ralph office with our 2 year old baby... Such unfortunate ... 13.01.2026 Recent Update: I am writing to provide an update regarding my previous review and the ongoing issues with our service request. We have now been without functioning blinds for two months, and the matter remains unresolved. When I contacted the company for a solution, I received the following response from Nxxx Kxxxxx: "Dear Mr. Setrelioglu, we are not in a contractual relationship with you. For further information, please contact your property owner. This applies in particular following your inappropriate review on Google." I am sharing this to highlight the current status of our repair request and the nature of the communication we have received. This response from Ralph Management illustrates the level of service provided. //--------------------------------------------------------------------------------- for the recent reply from Raplh; I am writing to address several points in your recent communication. The current situation arose because the landlord was unable to reach you for an extended period and requested our assistance in establishing contact. Because I am based in Berlin, I visited your office twice in person to ensure that you checked your emails. Despite these efforts, we received the unsatisfactory responses I previously noted. Furthermore, the second point you mentioned is incorrect. Repairs for our unit are currently being managed by you. Given these circumstances, I find the content of your latest reply quite unexpected. I am very sorry to say, the switch to “modern” house management company resulted in total disappointment. I am sorry that I have persuaded my house community to try something new - now the heads of the house community cant reach the responsible person since 2 weeks, our taxes are delayed a year because processing has not been done on time and we still do not know when our home owners meeting will be. The digital offer is also useless and a joke and is not mobile optimized in 2025, the replies on the website are generic and non-specific and you have to escalate via phone or email anyway to reach anyone actually responsible. Looks like we will have to switch again, what a waste of time.

Ralph company provides great property management services. The apartment is super nice, cozy and fully furnished. They are always very quick to respond with communications and actions, making sure you are enjoying your living with no irritants.
