TL:DR - I have had an excellent experience dealing with Julian and other members of the Aden Berlin team in the selling of a Berlin apartment and highly recommend them. I live in Brisbane, Australia and was looking to sell two tenanted investment apartments in Berlin. I had no experience in the current German property market, and emailed four estate agents based in Berlin. Of the two that responded in a timely manner, Aden's Julian Kirsch was the most impressive and professional in taking me through both the generic sales process and also Aden's options in how they could manage that process. Aden were engaged for an end-to-end option whereby Aden managed the sale and also the legal process until the sales process was fully completed with funds and ownership fully transferred . At all stages, Julian took the time to explain what was happening and why certain recommendations were being made. The end-to-end option from Aden and the professionalism of Julian, and other members of the Aden team, turned a potential nightmare into something routine.
