I lived in two different Berlin99 apartments for a total of thirteen years and they are excellent landlords! Peter and the team are super friendly and professional and on the rare occasions something did need fixing they were fast and did a good job. I can fully attest to the other five-star reviews for Berlin99. Peter and his team were exceptional in helping me find a great and affordable apartment when I first moved to Berlin. From the very beginning, communication was fast, professional, and friendly. They guided us through every step of the process, from viewing to signing and move-out. What is usually a stressful experience in Berlin’s housing market turned out to be surprisingly smooth and pleasant with Berlin99.
