DAHLER Berlin - Immobilienmakler / Investment

The gentleman delivering the mail advertisement of Finest Real Estate relayed to me that his boss allegedly instructs him to place these pamphlets in postboxes even when clearly marked with “Bitte keine Werbung einwerfen.” He claimed that only if the word “verboten” is used is this unsolicited advertisement not allowed. A quick Google search reveals that this is pure…quatsch and that such a sign is actually legally binding. Update: I received a second pamphlet the very next day.
