⭐☆☆☆☆ My experience with First Citiz Berlin was extremely disappointing. I found them neither trustworthy nor reliable. Communication was inconsistent, and I constantly had to chase them just to get basic things done. At some point, I simply accepted that if I wanted progress, I had to take care of the process myself—which defeats the entire purpose of hiring an agency in the first place. I would not recommend their services.
My husband and I bought our first property in Berlin this month. Mediating between two English natives, we could not have had a smoother experience with First Citiz. Our agent Tatjana Bogucz, is friendly and professional; she was was easy to work with, knowledgeable and prompt. In fact, the process was simple, a lot easier than expected and quick. The sellers and the First Citiz team on their side was also fantastic for us to deal with at the Notary and other requests. Any surprises so far have been positive.
