KENSINGTON Finest Properties International - Berlin-Mitte

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for Kensington and Mr. Abrahim’s outstanding support throughout the purchase of our home. His patience, deep market knowledge, and consistent willingness to clarify every detail provided us with a strong sense of confidence during the entire process. He is an exceptionally professional and highly reliable advisor, whom I can recommend without hesitation. His assistance in finding a notary able to prepare and execute the contract in English was also invaluable.

The purchase of our property in Falkensee was exceptionally professionally handled by Kensington International and, in particular, by real estate agent Dejan Kalan. From the initial viewing to the closing, everything ran smoothly, transparently, and at a remarkably low cost. Mr. Kalan impressed us with his high level of expertise, prompt and clear communication, and first-class, respectful approach. All our questions were answered immediately and without fuss, so we always felt well-informed and exceptionally well taken care of. We were particularly impressed by the combination of experience, reliability, and genuine service orientation. This is what modern, customer-focused real estate services should be like. Highly recommended: Kensington International and Dejan Kalan offer top-level real estate services.

We can absolutely recommend Kensington! Everything was incredibly professional and yet totally relaxed from start to finish. Communication was always straightforward, quick, and on equal footing – exactly what you want when making such an important decision. We felt well cared for and supported throughout. We especially appreciated the transparent communication and the smooth process. No unnecessary detours, just clear, efficient, and reliable. Thank you for your help with our apartment – we would work with you again in a heartbeat!

We had a great experience. Mr Kalan (Dejan) was present during all the steps, answering questions and facilitating the communication between diferent parties. I'd definitely recommend the company and their consultants! Additionally, having an English speaker helps a lot with all the buroucracy in Germany.

We want to sincerely thank Sarah Kleinit, the estate agent who helped us buy our first home in Germany. From our first message to receiving the keys, she supported us at every step. She was not only professional but also warm and easy to reach by phone. Throughout our communication in English, she answered all our questions clearly. Since it was our first experience, we had many questions about the legal process, and she gave us detailed and accurate information. Everything went smoothly, and we had no problems at all working with her. Thank you again, Sarah
