Had a great experience with McMakler throughout the whole process. Have to mention the professionalism and efficiency of Mr.Christopher Oppenberger from start to finish.

very bad, Mackler plays a double play, lies I had an unpleasant experience with one of the estate agents from McMacker. We weren't able to buy a property because of the agent did a double play with us. It started from my viewing of the property in Berlin. The appointment was canceled by an agent a few days after I did booking via website. The reason for canceling he says a COVID-19, it was a lie. I told him that we want to buy a property, and we want to start the process even without viewing it, we will do it later once we have a chance to do it. I've asked him for sending me the documents for the property. He did not send any documents to me or my finance agent. I called him several times more and we schedule an appointment to view the house in 2 weeks. He was very friendly, he even gave us his business card on viewing, and said that we are the only one who wants to buy this house and this property only for us. Soon, the offer was deactivated, I called mackler directly, and he said that this was an automatic letter, and the property remains for us, everything fine, there is no reason to worry. Earlier finance agent from McMacker contact me and I decided to proceed with McMacker finance agent because, it is the same company, one system, less documents to send, the process will be faster, said finance agent. Finanzberater contacted to makler, and we started the process. In 3-4 business days, mackler said that he sold this property to another buyer. Mackler already has a date of signing the contract in notary. McMacker Finanzberater was shocked and discouraged. It was the first time in his life such blatant, insolent deception. Many questions still opened for me. - Why did mackler finally show us this house if he had a buyer for it, and the process was started 2 weeks earlier? - Why did he lie to me looking into my eyes that we are the only potential buyers for this property, and he won't sell it to someone else besides us? - Why did he give us hope for this, for me for my family? Why did he spend his time, my time? In the end, did not give us a chance to offer more for this property? But the most that I don't understand why did he lie to your colleague from McMakler Finance? He even allows him to start my full process with requesting to the bank for this property. Is this how McMackler do the business? Cheat clients and colleagues from Finance department? Like a coward, mackler stopped answering on my phone calls... Building the client trust for the company takes a lot of time and effort, at the same time, it can be lost in no time due to a couple of unprofessional people. I understand the real estate market in Berlin very tough and hard, but at least, it has to be fair and equal for each potential buyer. Thank you McMakler for this Incredible experience.

Even during the pandemic situation, he was able to support me efficiently and professionally. Besides, I would also like to recommend Mr. Gregor Knuth for his brilliant and professional finance consulting service. Both of them are extremely patient to support me in english. I am more than happier to recommend their services, especially for non-native german speaker.

I recently sold a property with McMakler & cannot recommend them highly enough. We all know the Berlin market is extremely buoyant at the minute, but unfortunately it is the case that some agents overinflate valuations just to get properties on their site - this was definitely NOT the case with McMakler. From initial enquiries, McMakler quoted me a realistic price and after arranging several customer viewings, the price they quoted was achieved. I dealt with Alexander who was always extremely professional & very friendly. I would strongly advise contacting this company if you are thinking of selling, they know the market, have the client base, and keep their customers fully informed at all times.
