I cannot recommend this firm. Initially, I spoke to Mr. Demuth, who was polite and referred me to Frido J. Kent, who never came back to me, despite promises otherwise, my case went to Caspar J. Freter. Mr. Freter appeared visibly agitated, who received the exact same email content as Mr. Demuth and continued talking over me even after I had agreed to his proposed hourly rate. During the conversation, he tripled the initial quote without giving any clear timeline or actionable steps. Overall, the experience was highly unprofessional and disrespectful. Not sure why he would be allowed at any interaction with clients.
