A company like you'd hope for, but one I haven't experienced in a long time: quick, very friendly responses by phone and immediate scheduling of an appointment in response to my email inquiry about leak detection and potential repair of a flat roof area. The expert advice from the equally friendly on-site technical site manager made a solid impression on me. My priority was a pragmatic and cost-effective solution, which was exactly what was offered and, as of December 3rd, the first step was carried out by Kevin's team in the same friendly, quick, and very transparent manner (photos and explanations). The guys and gals were also extremely punctual. A big thank you to the entire team, including management (the team spirit seems to be excellent), which, unfortunately, is no longer a given.
