While comparing several offers, I came across Lauckner. After the initial consultation, this company was shortlisted for the installation of my home's photovoltaic system and, after comparing the price-performance ratios, ultimately became the company I commissioned. The very honest and comprehensive information and support provided by the customer advisor were a key factor in this decision. The project's execution was characterized by the highly professional, diligent, and consistently friendly work of the technical staff and installers. Despite relatively complex spatial constraints and delivery problems with the electronic equipment, the system, including the storage unit, was professionally installed and commissioned. The constant availability of information from Lauckner's master electrician was a great help throughout the process. When coordinating the individual construction phases, the company's office could have been more friendly, proactive in its communication, and timely provision of information regarding necessary changes due to weather or work organization. While I understand the significant coordination effort involved, the customer should ALWAYS be king, even under pressure in the office! The system is now performing flawlessly, exactly as promised. I hope this continues and that the excellent technical and consulting support from Lauckner GmbH remains as effective as it was during the installation and connection phases. The business support for applying for subsidies and registering with the grid was very competent and helpful. The installers and electricians were all fantastic. We were able to discuss everything clearly with them, and they fulfilled all our requests during installation. After obtaining quotes from various providers in the fall, we ultimately chose Lauckner. In addition to the expert advice from Mr. de Loisy, their price-performance ratio was unbeatable compared to other providers in the region! The modules were installed as agreed before Christmas. The team that installed the modules on the roof was highly competent and professional. Despite the cold winter weather, the employees were very friendly and cheerful. We were even able to spontaneously increase the number of modules at short notice, as our roof had the space. Thanks to a quick phone call, this was no problem, and we are now enjoying almost 1.5 kW of additional power. Due to the Christmas holidays and staffing shortages, the electrical installation had to be postponed until early 2026. The electrician team also appeared competent and courteous. After initial difficulties with the storage system installation, the problems were resolved within a few weeks. Everything is running smoothly now, and we're waiting for more sunshine :-) Lauckner also handled almost all of the system registration, just as discussed during the initial consultation. All in all, it was a very easy process for us. Many thanks to the entire team; we're thrilled with our new system.
