What can I say? We've had a hybrid and a fully electric car move into our house in the last three months. So, it was only natural to start thinking about the electricity supply. During our research, we came across the company Solar X. Of course, we contacted several companies. After our initial conversation with Solar X, we decided on them. I'm sure we could have gotten everything done a bit cheaper elsewhere. But I firmly believe that quality and customer satisfaction come at a price. Solar X isn't overpriced or unfair in its pricing. But the prices you pay for a complete, worry-free package are unbeatable. From the first contact with the sales representative, "Finn," to the planning and implementation, so many companies these days could learn a thing or two from them. After everything was planned, the big day arrived. The panels were delivered right on time. And the next day, the installation team was at our door. The guys—Justin, Yunus, Dean, and Maurice—were fantastic. You could tell they enjoyed their work. The team on our roof were absolute experts. With our 18 kWh/p system, they finished everything in just 1.5 days: panels and substructure, cable laying, two wallboxes, a 20 kWh battery storage system, wiring, commissioning, and handover. The company can feel very fortunate to be able to rely on such teams and employees. I'm delighted to have found a local company that can support me if needed. The system has now been running for two full days, and we haven't had to draw any power from the grid since. Everything went perfectly. And once again, a huge thank you for the truly professional work.

From the initial consultation to the completed installation, everything went perfectly with SolarX. Steven impressed me right from the first meeting with his friendly manner and professional approach. The roofing team (DC 3) and the electrical team (AC 6) did an outstanding job – quickly, cleanly, and reliably. Even minor complications were resolved easily and without any fuss. I would also like to extend a special thank you to Sehmuz from the AC team and to Tobe from HR/Controlling, who provided excellent support after a small challenge arose. All in all, I am extremely satisfied with the entire process and can wholeheartedly recommend SolarX.

We chose SolarX because of the balanced and initially non-binding information provided by the consultant. After careful consideration, we decided to sign a contract, which was accompanied by further important information about the work process. At our request, SolarX handled the grant applications with the IBB (Investitionsbank Berlin). The roof work and electrical installation were completed in one day. The system was finished and operational by evening. At our request, the electrical installation was carried out compactly in a side room in the basement. All in all, the installers were friendly and competent, and they left the site spotless. The company was always available to answer any questions we had.
