From the very first site visit, I felt well-advised and informed. I found the price-performance ratio to be excellent. The work was carried out meticulously and in accordance with the quote. I wasn't present during the work and relied on our agreements. This worked perfectly. All communication with the various people involved was very pleasant. The invoice matches the agreement.
