Initial communication was excellent. Unfortunately, the after-sales manager was unable to offer the project discussed during the initial consultation (unnecessary products were included in the quote), and the subsequent process lacked even a basic level of organization. We found ecowindow through the Deutsche Fensterbau portal. Ecowindow acquired the naming rights of the former company, but otherwise has no connection to the old firm. Four weeks later, an extra-large truck unloaded our windows, and the following week, they were all installed.
