Anyone looking for a reliable partner for windows and doors will find exactly what they need at ecowindow. We were particularly impressed by their comprehensive service: from the initial consultation to the final installation of the windows and our new front door, everything went smoothly. Communication was transparent at all times, and the staff were exceptionally easy to reach. A particular highlight is the first-class quality of our new front door. Highly recommended!
As landlords, a smooth process was important to us, as the windows in our rental apartment urgently needed replacing. ecowindow completely won us over: From the initial inquiry to the final installation, everything went smoothly and on schedule. We were particularly pleased with the positive feedback from our tenants, who praised the team's courtesy and clean work. We are already planning to use ecowindow again for future projects.
Simply top-notch. Communication with Ecowindow was excellent from the very beginning. Any minor communication issues were resolved immediately and without any hassle. The quality of the windows is very good, and special praise goes to the installation team from Bavaria – those guys are simply amazing.
We found ecowindow through the Deutsche Fensterbau portal. Ecowindow acquired the naming rights of the former company, but otherwise has no connection to the old firm. We renovated our house in Berlin Spandau to improve its energy efficiency, replacing approximately 22 windows, a lift-and-slide door, and a front door. The consultation with the staff was very pleasant, and the quote arrived very quickly. After spending three months navigating the jungle of Berlin suppliers and receiving all sorts of promises, we opted for the most reliable of them all – ecowindow. After placing the order, a precision technician – Mr. Bräuler – came to take measurements. After he took the measurements and provided us with some additional advice, we were very confident that we had made the right decision. Four weeks later, an extra-large truck unloaded our windows, and the following week, they were all installed. Excellent – it couldn't have been better – thank you to the entire ecowindow team – you come highly recommended!
