What was meant to be a simple project: installing three windows and a glass door - turned into a 2.5-month ordeal, with the final cost nearly double the original quote. The worst part was the lack of communication. I had to constantly follow up with emails and calls, yet got little to no response. Delivery dates were set, then canceled last minute with no explanation. I felt completely ignored. Costs kept increasing due to “extra work” not discussed in advance. Even basic things like window sills weren’t included in the quote. I trusted the glowing reviews - big mistake. Overall, the experience was chaotic and far from transparent. If you value clear communication and respect for your budget I wouldn’t recommend this company. P.S. We appreciate the one-day installation, but plastering should not be listed, as it was not performed properly (see attached photos/videos).
