Absolutely outrageous! Based on the many positive reviews, I called and explained that the motor in our dryer was probably broken. The drum wouldn't turn manually anymore, so I read the error code from the dryer and described the noises it was making. The answer on the phone: The motor is broken! The next day, someone came by. I wasn't home, but my girlfriend was. They opened up the dryer, told my girlfriend the motor was broken (really?!), and charged €80 with a receipt or €70 without for the diagnosis, which was already obvious. The repair estimate was €400! So, I bought a new motor for about €70 and installed it myself in less than an hour. Never again!
