We commissioned Mr. Özmen to obtain a building permit for a renovation and expansion of an existing building. From the on-site appointment to the survey and submission of the construction documents, it took less than six weeks. Mr. Özmen was always available and answered our questions with patience and expertise. He answered any questions that arose from the Cologne building authority immediately and thus played a significant role in our building application being approved in what was probably record-breaking time for Cologne. Even after the permit was granted, Mr. Özmen was always available and helped us with questions about the renovation and implementation.
