Mr. Pieper did a fantastic and quick job for us. The basement foundation is now dry again. He also always has excellent advice and tips and helps wherever he can. Since the last company we hired for basement renovations was quite misleading, we were very impressed by his pragmatic approach. Everything is open and honest; there's no pressure to buy anything, and Mr. Pieper helps wherever he can. While other companies always offer exorbitant renovation costs, even when they're not currently feasible, Mr. Pieper always tries to stay realistic and within the realm of possibility. A very competent and, above all, reliable company for basement renovations. After receiving professional advice from Bautenschutz Pieper, we decided to have horizontal and vertical barriers installed in our basement using epoxy resin to avoid difficult excavations in some of the hard-to-reach areas of our house. Mr. Pieper was on-site for all work and accompanied us throughout the entire project, explicitly briefing his employees on every step. The resin was pressed into the masonry using a compression method, which guarantees 99% diffusion, rather than the pouring method used by other providers. Unfortunately—as Mr. Pieper informed us in advance—we subsequently had to replace the drainage in one area due to the impact of a massive water vein, which we will commission Bautenschutz Pieper to do in the future. Nevertheless, we are very satisfied with the result and have already recommended Bautenschutz Pieper several times with positive follow-up feedback.

The waterproofing work in an existing residential building was carried out to a first-class and professional standard. Practical advice, punctual adherence to deadlines, and meticulous site preparation were all provided. Mr. Pieper personally oversaw the work and was always available as a contact person.
