Scheduling the appointment, the consultation, and the installation of the external venetian blind – all excellent! However, I haven't obtained any other quotes for comparison, so I can't comment on whether Langen's prices are also competitive.

The replacement of old windows with new ones was completed once again to our complete satisfaction. The installation was carried out with impeccable craftsmanship, speed, cleanliness, and a highly motivated and friendly crew. Kudos, especially to the four guys! As a craftsman, I really enjoyed watching people who know their stuff. Everything fit perfectly, and afterward, it looked as if nothing had been done at all – no damage to the surrounding masonry, no damage that would have needed to be repaired by a painter, and the price/performance ratio: absolutely fantastic! Excellent work, a pleasant team, and very good pre-contract consultation. We received thorough advice from the managing director of Langen GmbH before the project began, without any pressure to sell us anything. Our project (renovation, including a panoramic window over 3 meters, a large lift-and-slide door, and several standard windows and doors) was completed on schedule. The employees worked meticulously on all elements, and a (manufacturer's) defect in one pane of glass was immediately noted and promptly replaced. A (minor) additional job was also completed promptly. In short: excellent work at a fair price; we had and still have no complaints. We highly recommend this company. February 28, 2025: Addendum to my 2024 review: Langen GmbH has since helped us very quickly and very competently with another problem (repair/adjustment of old windows). Again, we highly recommend them; we are very satisfied.
