Renovation, Refurbishment & Drywall - since 1985 in Cologne

We contacted Ben Eckardt in March to get a quote for the complete renovation of our old apartment. His approach was very professional from the start, and he contributed many helpful ideas – thank you so much! The following work was carried out: -Painting and refinishing walls and ceilings -Demolishing a section of wall -Extending a wall projection -Laying the tiled floor -Installing the tiled backsplash in the kitchen -Repairing the wainscoting in the hallway (baseboard area) -All silicone joint sealing (The parquet flooring was not installed by the Eckardt team.) All work was completed to our complete satisfaction. The pricing was fair, and even with additional services, everything remained transparent and easy to understand. The total costs stayed within our budget. We wholeheartedly recommend Ben Eckardt and his team!

Ben and his team spearheaded the complete renovation of our house for over 12 weeks, working daily. This included roof insulation, demolishing, rebuilding, and plastering walls, laying genuine slate and tile, painting the basement and garage, sanding and repainting door and frame frames, welding on balcony railings, various repairs throughout the house, and much more. A true all-rounder! We are absolutely thrilled with the result!
