Visited for one day whilst travelling. Very good range of pin loaded and plate loaded equipment. Large functional area. Very welding and friendly vibe
This is such a great gym!! Jannis really helped me with my body analysis the first time I was there. He explained all the data to me and made sure what to focus on. The gym is clean and nice people train here. There is a lot of daylight which I like and overall it’s a great sporty vibe :)
I love it! Love the staff, the overall atmosphere and the people mostly having a great attitude. I personally think it should be converted to a "Black Label" gym to take it up a notch. A bit more space, few more equipment and a pool is missing. Keep it Up 💪🏼❤️
Definitely my favorite FF in Cologne, the staff actually does something unlike in many other studios. Marco is very friendly and Victoria is super friendly and polite.
Top 3 gym for me in Cologne. I especially love the functional area, but ofc they have all the machines you would need as well. The bo concept part which is like a small area where you can get some work done after your workout is genius. The best part that it’s so central, right next to Neumarkt. They have both steam and Finnish Sauna and a quiet/relax room where you can read a book or take a nap. I would definitely recommend it and you can also access it with Urban Sports app. Staff is super friendly and helpful even if you struggle with German🎉
