HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! I was staying at the hotel annexed to the spa and was very excited to use it the first night. It was the worst idea: The hotel stay DOES NOT include the spa access so we had to pay for it, which is misrepresentation. We agreed to it anyway to enjoy the sauna and WHAT A MISTAKE! The floors were dirty and wet, covered with disgusting dirt and sweat, most people were not wearing shoes, no waterproof slips were provided. The pool smells like sewage water, the showers were disgustingly dirty and one of the three showers was not working. When I decided to use the dry sauna while my companion was in the wet sauna, an Indian men entered after me and decided to touch himself. He also followed me when I left the room. The spa didnt do anything other than apologizing. I not only never want to step again in the spa or the hotel, I wont come back to Cologne.
I would come back to this place again and again! my favourite gym ever. The selection of classes is really good, teachers are great. Very nice sauna (mixed gender + one more for women exclusively), the towels usage is included (this is amazing, you don't need to carry huge bags with you and heavy wet towels after visiting the place). Last two points especially provide the immense advantage to this place over all others. Always nice receptionists
I had a wonderful experience. I went there for a quick gym session and remained for more than 3 hours, as the gym has also three saunas and 2 pools. Structure is clean and personnel is really friendly: Birte and Lena explained me everything and showed me the structure. Towels are also provided in case you forget them. By far the best gym I tried in Köln.
Zumba with Kelvin is so much fun - the energy of his classes is great. I also love Full Body Workout with Baba G. The sauna and steam room are amazing. I love coming here!
The facilities are great. I especially love that they provide a females-only sauna which is heated to 90 degrees!! 😍 There is a swimming pool for training and what's also great is that the showers are each separated individually for privacy (not very common in Germany!). They also have a beauty bar.
