MaidEasy in Cologne has been a real stroke of luck for us. The staff are extremely conscientious, and the overall cleanliness of the office has improved dramatically since they took over.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this cleaning service. During a regular cleaning appointment, my marble table was damaged due to the improper use of cleaning agents. After the second cleaning, clearly visible, matte, light-colored stains (so-called etching marks) appeared, which were not present before and, according to an expert assessment, are typical of contact between marble and unsuitable or incorrectly applied cleaning agents. The damage is documented with photographs. In addition, the first cleaning was already of poor quality. Numerous areas were left insufficiently cleaned or not cleaned at all. After my detailed written statement and request for clarification, a liability assessment, and feedback, I have received no further response from the company. Communication has ceased completely. Especially with sensitive materials like marble, I expect expertise, care, and a professional handling of damage. Unfortunately, none of these criteria were met. Based on my experience, neither the workmanship nor the customer service of this service is reliable.
